Thailand is world-renowned for its hospitality, culture, climate, and food, and Jintara Wellness Center boasts of the same treatment for each of their guests. With a maximum of 10 clients at a time, Jintara ensures that guests receive the highest level of individualized care and attention from an experienced western therapy team and compassionate Thai staff. The private accommodations are truly unique. The resort-style facility includes chef-prepared meals, a beautiful swimming pool, fitness station, mountain bikes, as well as a 24-hour nursing team and weekly excursions.
The Jintara Wellness program is a comprehensive, non-12-Step program. Their treatment philosophy is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that includes 15 hours per week of individual and group therapy, as well as holistic and exposure therapy. Jintara provides a minimum of 3 hours per weekday of group therapy and a minimum of two individual therapy sessions per week. If a client requires specialized trauma treatment, they include eye movement therapy (EMDR) as required. Holistic programming makes up 3 hours per day on weekdays. Clients have the same therapist for the duration of their time spent at Jintara. In addition, clients have the option of working with the same therapist as an added aftercare option.
