Silver Lining Intervention gives families a clear path from first concern to ongoing recovery, with intervention, case management, recovery coaching, and family guidance led by founder Jim Hinkamp. Based in South Florida, Jim works with families nationwide and worldwide. He is a certified interventionist and licensed attorney with more than 20 years of experience and recommends treatment without financial ties to any program.

Prepare Families for a Clear Conversation

Each intervention begins with a private review of what has happened and what the family has tried. Spouses, parents, adult children, and employers learn what to say and which limits to set, while treatment options are reviewed in advance. Jim is certified in the A Relational Intervention Sequence for Engagement (ARISE) model, and 30 days of intensive case management follow the meeting.

Coordinate Care Through Every Transition

Case management gives families one experienced point of contact to organize recommendations from treatment programs, therapists, and physicians, and to turn them into practical next steps. With the family's permission, trustees, employers, and advisors stay informed too. One-to-one recovery coaching then supports daily routines, accountability, and the return home after treatment, working alongside therapy, medical care, and peer support groups.
