About Integrative Life Center Chattanooga
Integrative Life Center (ILC) Chattanooga offers trauma-informed IOP and PHP for people with drug, alcohol or mental health disorders. Their PHP is meant to serve as a “next step” for patients leaving residential treatment through ILC or elsewhere. It can also serve as a starting point for those who need more intensive treatment than outpatient care. This program occurs Monday through Friday 9am-3pm. The clinicians and medical team customize their treatment for each person by choosing from holistic, evidence-based or experiential therapies.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Their IOP is intended for people who need additional support outside of private therapy or outpatient treatment. In this program, patients can be a part of a trauma-focused group therapy session. This program is also a great step down from their PHP, but can also be a starting point for some patients, depending on their needs. Each week this program meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am-12pm.

At ILC Chattanooga, the staff is committed to providing a healing environment that treats the whole person, taking into account mind, body and spirit. Their counselors take a “partner” approach, rather than an expert approach, so that each patient can feel supported on their journey. With over 20 treatment therapy options, the counselors craft a personalized approach to treating patients’ substance use or mental health disorders.
