About Imagine Spokane
Imagine Spokane offers outpatient mental health treatment programming for adolescents ages 12-18. They address both behavioral concerns as well as mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Imagine Spokane offers both a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) which can include up to 30 hours of treatment programming per week. They treat each client on an individual basis and use evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, meditation and mindfulness, and family therapy. Imagine Spokane works with most insurance providers and is accredited by the Joint Commission.
