Hope Rehab Center is an international drug and alcohol treatment center that helps men and women struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. Hope Rehab Center has medical detoxification, residential care, and advanced sober living programs with SMART recovery, and sober coaching. Their program combines evidence-based and holistic therapies, and this includes individual and group sessions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation, mutual-aid-meetings, relapse prevention, a wide range of fitness activities, and Thai massage. Hope Rehab Center employs around 50 people, and among them are physicians, nurses, and therapists.
Hope Rehab Center created a program called Hope Program that includes different experiential therapies and activities such as Thai boxing, biking, yoga, group therapy workshops, aftercare support, and 2 weekly counseling sessions. A typical morning day begins with exercise followed by breakfast, meditation, a gratitude circle, group therapy. Afternoons include personal time, fitness training, counseling and homework, Thai boxing, TED Talk meetings, and ending with dinner.
Hope Rehab Center offers a 30-day intensive treatment plan and 60 and 90 day long term, advanced treatment options. They can accommodate up to 22 clients at the main property at a time, and the staff to client ratio is 2:1. Hope Rehab Center has a separate advanced program that has 14 beds located right next to the sea, and this is for clients in their second or third months of treatment. Hope Rehab Center offers WiFi access throughout and allows clients to have cell phones that are carefully supervised. Something unique about Hope Rehab is the opportunities for the sober house clients to teach English in Thailand, and this can be arranged with a local college and summer camp schools in the nearby city.
