About Hope Horizon Mental Health
This treatment center provides outpatient care for those struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, psychotic episodes, behavioral problems or school adjustment issues. When children or families come to Hope Horizon, they receive an assessment to determine what services are appropriate for them. All of the staff is trained in a culturally competent and trauma informed manner. The clients can receive individual or group therapy, case management services, psychiatry services and crisis support. They also offer school-based mental health support, parent-child-interaction therapy, a perinatal wellness program, peer led support groups for LGBTQ+ teens, medication support services and in-home observations and services.
