About Evoke Therapy Programs
For those struggling with mental health issues, like fear, stress, depression, low self-esteem, rage, and substance misuse, Evoke Therapy provides compassionate care and insight for teenagers ages 13-17 and young adults ages 18-28. Through the use of wilderness adventures and experiential therapy, Evoke uses the environment to help people achieve profound and lasting change. Evoke’s Wilderness Therapy works with the outdoors to reach deep and accomplished growth. Shorter-term intensive programs bring participants to a better understanding of themselves, their true nature, the importance of relationships, and the value they and others bring to every situation. Guided by therapists, these purposeful activities and experiences are customized to the needs of each person, delivering a direct application to life back at home, school, or work.
Evoke Therapy Programs blends evidence-based therapies with a nature-based experiential approach. While wilderness therapy is often 8 weeks, Evoke Therapy Programs also provides adventure Pursuit trips. Evoke Pursuits provides single and multi-day adventure trips that include mountaineering, rock-climbing, canyoneering, all-inclusive international adventure, and service-oriented trips. Pursuits are for adolescents, young adults, and families looking for a recharge, a healthy, sober adventure, or simply a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Evoke Therapy Programs also have intensive workshops. Evoke Intensives offers programs for individuals, parents, and families. Intensives are 4-Day, 3-Night experiences with education, counseling, psychodrama, and a wilderness therapy experience. Evoke Therapy Program is located in Santa Clara, Utah and has been pioneering wilderness therapy for over 20 years.
