About Connections Wellness Group Arlington
Connections Wellness Group Arlington offers a wide range of outpatient mental health services with specialized programming for various groups of people and their needs. They offer evidence-based and expressive therapies along with psychiatric evaluations, case management, medication management, and aftercare planning. Connections Wellness Group is committed to providing comprehensive, affordable care, and is in-network with several insurance providers. They offer in-person and virtual options for various outpatient mental health services. Same day and walk-in assessments are available.
Connections Wellness Group Arlington’s IOPs for young adults and adults. The adults group meets Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm and the young adult group meets Monday-Friday 1:30pm-4:30pm. The IOP consists of 3 hours of group therapy per day that includes process groups, psychoeducational groups, experiential groups, and nursing groups. In addition, individuals will receive medication management and medication education. The program is typically 4-6 weeks long. At the end of treatment, clinical staff will collaborate with clients on an aftercare plan.
The center offers separate PHPs for young adults and adults. Each group meets 5 days a week for 4 hours at a time. The adult group meets Monday-Friday 9am-1pm and the young adult group meets Monday-Friday 1:30pm-5:30pm. The PHP consists of process groups, psychoeducation groups, and experiential groups. Individuals can receive a psychiatric evaluation, medication management, nursing evaluations, medication education, and family consultation through the PHP.
Tailored programming called “The Front Line,” where veterans and first responders can connect with peers and receive targeted treatment. During treatment, clients will have individualized treatment plans, focus on trauma as well as recovery, and have treatment options of evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches.
