About Choose Again
This mental health organization provides clients with international retreats in Costa Rica and France to help them break free from their unhealthy patterns, which often include symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety and life transitions. The retreats function much like a wellness retreat, however they address the root cause of negative patterns while providing clients tools to support their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. The retreats are 10 days long and include therapy and mind training in the Six Steps to Freedom philosophy that Choose Again developed. In addition to therapy, clients partake in breathwork, yoga and movement, meditation, silence, time in nature, gratitude and digital detoxing. Clients eat globally-inspired, locally-sourced foods while on retreats. Clients can choose between private or shared accommodations, with a price increase for a private stay.
For clients who do not desire a retreat, Choose Again offers in-person and online counseling. Their clinicians can provide private therapy, couples counseling, family sessions, group counseling and group workshops.
