About Changing Gaits Sober Living
Changing Gaits Sober Living is a men-only sober living home located on an 80 acre working horse ranch in rural Minnesota. The program is designed to guide men through the transition from early recovery to independent living. They provide a structured framework and Christian faith-based programming to help men achieve lasting and long-term recovery. Their programming features equine therapy, weekly support meetings, daily devotion and meditation, and access to a live-in house manager and alcohol and drug counselors.
Changing Gaits Sober Living is for men ages 18 and older with a minimum of 30 days of sobriety. All residents must attend all in-house meetings, 3 12-Step meetings per week, and pay their rent on time.
