About Changes Addiction Rehab
Changes Addiction Rehab offers comprehensive programs that address the disease of addiction using 5 key elements: physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual impacts of addiction and recovery. The method was developed by addiction professionals and experts that have a combined experience of more than 100 years. It is a customized, hands-on style of treatment that combines holistic therapies with a medical approach. Patients are paired with a clinical psychologist and an addictions specialist to address any underlying co-occurring conditions. During treatment, clients will have the opportunity to engage in individual counseling, family therapy, 12-Step facilitation, yoga and personal fitness. Changes Rehbab is also proud to stand out from the rest by being South Africa's first treatment center to offer BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®. They are aware of the important role that trauma plays in addiction and employ a variety of tactics to aid with trauma recovery. With this treatment, clients' chances of avoiding relapse and achieving long-term recovery are significantly improved when their trauma has been resolved.
Medical detox, primary, secondary and tertiary treatment programmes as well as relapse prevention care are all offered at Changes Rehab.
