In 1990, Cedarvale Health and Lifestyle Retreat was founded with the goal of increasing health and well-being. They inform and urge visitors to adopt healthy habits. Cedarvale offers one-of-a-kind programs that boost the immune system, improve lifestyle enhancement, reduce stress, promote rest and relaxation, help with weight loss, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, manage diabetes, aid in quitting smoking, reduce alcohol and caffeine addiction, and reduce chronic lifestyle diseases. They offer three retreat programs ranging from four to twelve days in length.
