About Caron Breakthrough Program
Caron’s Breakthrough Program, at the Pennsylvania campus, offers specially designed workshops that can help anyone who desires emotional health, mutually satisfying relationships, and wellbeing. Built on emotionally focused therapy, resilience building, the expressive arts, and psychodrama, Breakthrough workshops explore relational patterns and barriers to build a foundation for emotional wellness, authenticity, and fulfillment.
Caron Breakthrough offers the following workshops:
This foundational five-day workshop can help adults achieve greater self-awareness and inner peace. In a safe space guided by credentialed therapists and counselors, participants can examine and modify long-standing emotional and relational patterns that interfere with their ability to live the lives they envision.
Address and process life experiences, from the effects of homophobia to challenges related to self-image and family of origin. Led by experienced, credentialed therapists, this trauma informed, five-day workshop gives you the tools you need to work through issues related to emotional health, like social stigma and related stress and anxiety.
This three-day workshop is designed for individuals and their significant others who want to create, strengthen, and restore healthy intimacy. The program is open to any committed couple, regardless of marital status.
The Breakthrough II workshop aligns with Breakthrough at Caron’s 40-year vision of helping clients achieve their best selves, lead healthy and productive lives, and create supportive and loving relationships with themselves and others. Having completed the five-day workshop, alumni discovered, uncovered, or recovered parts of themselves that were previously unknown and unhealed.
The Recovery Refresh workshop aligns with Caron’s 65+ year vision of helping clients achieve
long-term recovery by providing world-class addiction and behavioral health treatment to adults and families. The Recovery Refresh can enhance your sobriety by exploring different paths you can take on your recovery journey.
