About The Buttery Private
The Buttery Private is a retreat in the beautiful eastern shore of Australia, set about an hour south of Gold Coast. They offer treatment for drug addiction, work-related burnout and stress, depression, internet addiction, relationship issues, and isolation. The Buttery helps each guest understand what it's like to live to the fullest and reach one’s potential free from limiting behaviors.
The Buttery cares for children 10+, teens, and adults, and they provide youth with age-appropriate programming.
Their program uses a combination of evidenced-based and holistic treatment modalities with sleep, nutrition, exercise, movement, and connection with others. They tailor their therapy approach to the needs of the individual guest, so they can offer art therapy, yoga, group outings, in addition to more structured individual counseling sessions with an individualized discussion approach. Guests receive support from a dedicated staff 24/7. Each day is structured to achieve the best possible outcome over the shortest period of time.
Guests at the Buttery have time to relax, exercise, and focus on recovery in an unstructured manner.
Good nutrition is a key component to the program, and guests can expect gourmet meals. Aftercare is also individualized according to the guest's needs and can include a combination of phone and/or teleconference-based contact with a counselor.
The Buttery Private is in the beautiful Byron Bay Hinterland, in the Rainbow Region of New South Wales. The sub-tropical climate is comfortable all year round and is perfect for healing. On-site, there is a gorgeous swimming pool that overlooks the mountains and plenty of green space for meditative walks. The Buttery Private offers a unique set of services in a beautiful, relaxing environment. Off-site, guests can enjoy visits to local beaches and national parks.
The treatment is in a private location far removed from hustle and bustle, but it's a drivable distance from Gold Coast or Brisbane.
