The fasting method that is used at this center has been used for 100 years and was founded by Dr. Buchinger. When clients arrive, they eat a light vegetarian meal and drink plenty of mineral water and herbal teas. After the first day, they take a digestive rest day. Following the fasting day, they build up their nutrition over the course of 4 days. Throughout the duration of the fast, clients can relax in their bright and airy rooms and enjoy the numerous amenities, sights and experiences that the center offers.
Over the course of the time they are at the center, they receive both Western and naturopathic medical care. The benefits of fasting are multiplied by the therapeutic services like massage, physiotherapy and body wraps that they offer at the center. In addition, they offer various relaxation therapies like fitness training, cycling, tennis, golf meditation and yoga. During the time clients are at the center, they can also be pampered at the spa. To bring a sense of positivity to the human spirit, the center offers psychotherapy and coaching for clients to process and gain helpful mindsets as they go home and adopt a new lifestyle.
