About The Bridge Recovery Center
The Bridge Recovery Center is a 21 day retreat program offering holistic therapies to treat chronic pain and mental health symptoms. Their trained clinical staff offer a range of therapies focused on healing the body, mind, and spirit. Clients may receive therapies such as acupuncture, reiki, massage therapy, nutrition counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and equine therapy. Physical fitness is incorporated into their treatment approach and clients work with a personal trainer on a daily basis and can participate in yoga. The Bridge provides all clients with private rooms, though clients are able to arrange their own accommodations if they choose. Onsite there is a pool, hot tub, walking trails, fitness center, and views of the nearby mountains. Their facility offers a relaxing and comfortable environment for all clients.
