First, they prioritize patient-centered care, creating an empathetic environment. They empower their teams to do the right thing for their patients and families, leaving a lasting impact on those they serve. RCA prioritizes teamwork, valuing everyone’s contributions and expertise as well as nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence. Safety is also a core value, ensuring a physically secure and culturally inclusive environment for all.Three Pathways to RecoveryRCA’s three distinct pathways to recovery allow them to meet every patient where they are. Foundations of Recovery is designed for people receiving inpatient treatment for the first time and focuses on teaching them about addiction and the resources available. The Fresh Start pathway charts a new course toward recovery for those who have tried treatment before but need something new. Patients in Balance Pathway receive care for both addiction and co-occurring mental health or medical conditions.Treatment Built for Military & First RespondersResilience Empowerment Safety and Care for our Uniformed Heroes (RESCU) is a confidential addiction treatment program specifically designed to address the unique stressors faced by active-duty military, veterans, and first responders.
