Treatment includes individual therapy, adventure therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), exercise, nutrition, meditation and mindfulness, yoga, and more. Clients will discuss various topics, including relationships, communication skills, finances, emotions, and physical well-being.Gunnebah offers a recovery program for veterans that merges effective addiction treatment with the understanding of their particular life experiences. Treatment is led by professionals who are well-versed in the nuances of veterans’ well-being and the DVA’s processes. Clients can relax and embrace recovery in their facility tucked away in the lush countryside as they engage in evidence-based psychotherapies and holistic healing methods. Gold or White card holders can apply for funding for a residential stay at Gunnebah, including post-discharge group aftercare and 1:1 follow-up sessions.
