Forge Health
Trauma-Informed CareForge Health offers in-person and virtual outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health issues. There are 3 treatment options available at Forge Health: therapy/counseling, outpatient care, and intensive outpatient care (IOP). Forge Health specializes in treating co-occurring illnesses with a focus on trauma and PTSD.Forge Health has special tracks for LGBTQ+ clients, veterans and first responders, and cancer patients that accounts for their previous and current life experiences.Motivational InterviewingAt Forge Health's outpatient facilities, a qualified therapist oversees the program and uses trauma-informed therapy and stress-management techniques based on mindfulness. Clients can take part in individual, group, psychoeducational, and couple's counseling sessions. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing are some additional therapeutic approaches they use.
