EOSIS

EOSIS's name derives from the Greek goddess of the dawn, EOS. EOSIS represents the promise of a new dawn, standing as a symbol of hope for those experiencing struggles of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Formerly Meridian Behavioral Health, EOSIS is a network of behavioral health centers that offer detox, medication-assisted treatment, residential treatment, and outpatient treatment. EOSIS is also dedicated to providing personalized care that meets the unique needs of individuals. They offer tailored care for health care providers and other professionals, those who are justice-involved, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. They also offer a relapse prevention track at their Beauterre location to help individuals recognize signs of relapse and build a sober support network.
