Clients begin with intentional goal-setting and identity exploration. From there, they build motivation for change, reset relationships, refine their values, and resolve trauma and its lingering impacts. As they progress, clients increase their capacity for vulnerability and intimacy, step into a renewed identity, and review everything they’ve accomplished.Strengthening Long-Term Support SystemsAPN’s commitment to success focuses on two key offerings: family and telehealth therapy. They work with clients and their chosen loved ones to lean on each other throughout (and after) treatment to strengthen bonds, improve at-home environments, and facilitate healthy conversations. They also know recovery rates improve with continued engagement after treatment, which is why they provide virtual therapy, support groups, and an app to keep clients connected through whatever season of life might come next.
