Dr. Zachary Reale is a dedicated pharmacist with over five years of experience, primarily in community pharmacy, along with additional expertise in long-term geriatric care and outpatient infusion services. His approach to pharmacy is deeply patient-centered, prioritizing clear communication and open dialogue about medications and treatment plans.
As a community pharmacist, Dr. Reale spends much of his time counseling patients on new prescriptions, discussing potential side effects, and reviewing possible drug interactions. He holds specialized training in Medication Therapy Management (MTM), a process that allows him to comprehensively assess a patient’s medication regimen, identify risks, and ensure each drug’s benefits and side effects are clearly understood. His goal is to prevent complications before they start—believing that education and proactive care are the best tools for minimizing medication-related issues.
Beyond the pharmacy counter, Dr. Reale is a passionate advocate for preventative health and vaccination. He regularly organizes and leads vaccination events in his local community, helping to spread accurate information and encourage public health practices that keep communities safe.
Dr. Reale currently lives and practices in the Pacific Northwest, where he continues to support patients through expert care, compassionate service, and a commitment to accessible healthcare education.
Our Promise
How Is Recovery.com Different?
We believe everyone deserves access to accurate, unbiased information about mental health and recovery. That's why we have a comprehensive set of treatment providers and don't charge for inclusion. Any center that meets our criteria can list for free. We do not and have never accepted fees for referring someone to a particular center. Providers who advertise with us must be verified by our Research Team and we clearly mark their status as advertisers.
Our goal is to help you choose the best path for your recovery. That begins with information you can trust.
