Patrick Flanagan is the founder and lead interventionist at The Irishman and Associates, a full-service alcohol and drug intervention and case management firm based in St. Paul, Minnesota. In January 2021, he earned the Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) designation and became a member of the Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS), underscoring his commitment to professionalism and expertise in the field. Through this work, Patrick has helped many patients and families identify effective treatment options and build strong support systems for recovery.As co-founder of Lion House Properties, Patrick brings a passion for creating recovery homes that combine compassionate services with uplifting environments. In November 2022, Lion House launched the Brownstone Edition—a concierge recovery home with full case management services and a strong family support component designed for women seeking healing from alcohol and drug use.Beyond entrepreneurship and clinical work, Patrick Flanagan recently earned a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
