Jeremiah Calvino

Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer

Jeremiah Calvino is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Recovery.com. For more than 15 years, he has worked with addiction and mental health treatment providers on the practical side of reaching people online, from search and website experience to admissions and follow-up. At Recovery.com, he brings that experience to the product itself, helping make the search for care easier to understand and act on.

Background

Jeremiah’s path to Recovery.com started in a classroom and an agency. He met Ben Camp when Ben took a marketing course that Jeremiah was teaching. After the course, Jeremiah invited Ben to join his agency, where they helped treatment centers with marketing and communication. That work gave them a close look at the challenges on both sides of the search for care. Providers were trying to reach the right people, while individuals and families were often sorting through confusing or incomplete information at an already difficult time.

Jeremiah has spent more than 15 years helping treatment centers market their services effectively and ethically, first in-house and later as an agency partner. As a search engine marketing expert, product leader, and UX strategist, he has seen firsthand how people search for care, what they trust, and where the process can fall short.

Those experiences shaped the way he approaches his work. He co-founded Recovery.com to bring digital innovation and human-centered care closer together.

Current Work

As Chief Product Officer, Jeremiah leads the product and user experience work behind a platform that connects more than a million people each month with treatment options across a network of more than 25,000 providers. His focus is on the search experience itself: making it easier for someone in crisis, or someone helping a person they love, to understand their options and take a clear next step.

Our Promise

How Is Recovery.com Different?

We believe everyone deserves access to accurate, unbiased information about mental health and recovery. That's why we have a comprehensive set of treatment providers and don't charge for inclusion. Any center that meets our criteria can list for free. We do not and have never accepted fees for referring someone to a particular center. Providers who advertise with us must be verified by our Research Team and we clearly mark their status as advertisers.

Our goal is to help you choose the best path for your recovery. That begins with information you can trust.
