Gina Birkemeier is a licensed professional counselor, award-winning author, and international speaker with a passion for helping people heal. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and theology, along with advanced training in trauma and evidence-based therapies. Currently pursuing her doctorate at Regent University, Gina brings both personal experience and professional expertise to her work. As a survivor of generational dysfunction and trauma, she knows firsthand what it takes to break cycles and find hope. For nearly two decades, she’s been walking alongside others on their healing journeys. Her teaching and writing blend faith—rooted in a healthy relationship with God—with the sciences of psychology, biology, and epigenetics to offer practical, transformative insights.

Any center that meets our criteria can list for free. We do not and have never accepted fees for referring someone to a particular center. Providers who advertise with us must be verified by our Research Team and we clearly mark their status as advertisers.
