Cassandra Keuma is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 12 years of clinical experience supporting individuals on their paths toward healing, resilience, and purposeful living. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health and is also a 500-hour certified Yoga Therapist, allowing her to integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with mindful movement and somatic practices. Cassandra’s holistic approach emphasizes caring for the mind, body, and soul through intentional self-care, nutrition, and movement, within a compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. Cassandra specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, life transitions, family and intimate relationships, spirituality, military and veteran concerns, and adolescent mental and behavioral health. Her diverse clinical background includes youth corrections, inpatient psychiatric care with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and suicide attempts, and residential substance use treatment. She has also collaborated with the University of Utah on research exploring mindfulness as a treatment for chronic pain and as a means to reduce reliance on addictive opioids. Cassandra is deeply committed to empowering clients to reclaim their lives and move toward lasting growth and well-being.
