Nestled amidst beautiful greenery with a view of the Arabian Sea, Aanadakosha Ayurveda Retreat offers traditional Ayurvedic treatments, yoga, meditation, and other holistic treatments aimed at providing healing from stress, pain, infertility, and more.
Ayurvedic treatments include relaxation massages and traditional treatments like sirodhara, kizhi, and panchakarma. Chefs craft healthy Ayurvedic meals as part of the holistic treatment approach. Clients participate in yoga and meditation with opportunities to participate in village walks with a yoga instructor.
Clients can enjoy a pool and outdoor lounge area, walking trails, and outdoor yoga and meditation areas. Rooms are comfortable with balcony views of either the sea or pool and have, private bathrooms, a desk, WiFi, and a full-length mirror, with in-room service available for some packages. Clients enjoy access to a library, dining area, and indoor lounge areas. All clients staying 7 days or more receive complimentary pick up and drop off from the Kerala airport, about 15 minutes away. Aanadakosha offers excursions to nearby attractions, including museums, a beach with beautiful sunset views, and a local lighthouse and sea cave.
