About A Chance to Change Foundation
A Chance to Change is a nonprofit center in Oklahoma that helps children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges and addiction. They treat conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, gambling addiction, and stress. Care is offered through individual, group, and family counseling both in-person and online, making help easy to access.
Their counseling approach is supportive and focused on healing the whole person. Therapies include EMDR for trauma, internal family systems (IFS), and image transformation therapy (IMTT). They also offer addiction education, parenting support, and training for coping with grief, stress, and co-occurring disorders.
The center also offers a strong Employee Assistance Program for businesses of all sizes in Oklahoma. This program provides confidential counseling, workplace trainings, policy support, and resources to help employees manage stress, addiction, and family issues.
