The detox program at Oasis Runcorn takes care of the full person, including the body, mind, and spirit. To assist ensure the most long-term effect, a medically controlled detoxification or stabilization is accompanied by a multitude of group and individual sessions. Exercise and guided relaxation are two examples of complementary therapies that are also accessible. Clients are encouraged to attend a nearby gym and swimming pool as part of their mental and body recovery process. Once ready, clients can also take walks through the city and along the ocean with accompanied supervision.
Oasis Runcorn can accommodate 34 persons at a time. Bedrooms are shared with one other roommate of the same gender. Ideally situated close to the coastline, clients can experience fresh sea air and time in nature during recovery.
The UK rehab clinic offers 2 types of programs; 12-Step and Strengths Rehab. By providing both modules, they empower clients to take ownership of their recovery and find a suitable program for their post-treatment daily lives. The therapeutic model follows an eight-stage approach, allowing clients to track their progress systematically. This is particularly beneficial during early recovery, where small, measurable, and achievable targets are crucial. Each module builds upon the previous one, and the program is designed to be flexible, with adaptable group therapy and activities to meet individual treatment needs.
