About Seattle Counseling Center
Helping adults understand what sits beneath anxiety, burnout, grief, and relationship concerns, Seattle Counseling Center offers in-person psychotherapy and telehealth across Washington State. Their therapists work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and loss, stress, perfectionism, self-worth concerns, loneliness, parenting changes, and life transitions. They also provide couples therapy for recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, and relationship uncertainty.
Build Insight Through Therapy
Seattle Counseling Center blends psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, existential therapy, and humanistic therapy to understand how emotions, beliefs, past experiences, and relationships shape current concerns. Sessions may include deep breathing, grounding, body scans, coping skills, problem-solving, and new ways of thinking. Therapists identify goals and measurable outcomes while helping clients examine fears, losses, responsibilities, self-expectations, and long-standing ways of relating to themselves and others.
Start Therapy with Clarity
Clients can attend weekly 53-minute sessions at Seattle Counseling Center’s Queen Anne office or meet virtually from anywhere in Washington State. Each therapist offers a free 20-minute consultation to discuss goals, scheduling, fees, and clinical fit before therapy begins. Seattle Counseling Center’s couples therapy draws from attachment-based approaches, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), to help partners recognize recurring cycles, express needs more clearly, repair moments of disconnection, and rebuild trust. The practice schedules appointments Monday through Friday by appointment.
