About Pure Psychiatry of Michigan - Plymouth
An independent, privately owned practice, Pure Psychiatry provides psychiatric and behavioral health services to residents in the Plymouth-Canton area and surrounding western Wayne County communities. They also serve clients throughout Michigan through in-person and telehealth appointments, generally seeing clients age 6 and older, while some therapists work with younger children on a case-by-case basis.
Address Diverse Mental Health Needs
Pure Psychiatry treats anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions. Providers use medication, psychotherapy, counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based services to address these conditions.
Support Relationships and Recovery
They provide individual, couples, and group sessions focused on relationships, communication, conflict, anger, and domestic violence. They also address grief and trauma through psychotherapy and trauma therapy, while schizophrenia support may include social skills training, family therapy, daily living support, vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, and crisis management.
