The Ponte Vedra Beach Ellie Mental Health office offers individual, couples, and family therapy in person and by telehealth, with weekday hours and Saturday appointments available on request. The clinic director brings more than 25 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, backed by a 7-person team covering anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
Matches Each Client to the Right Therapist
New clients are paired with a therapist whose specialties and style fit their situation, rather than the first open slot they happen to have available. Therapists here work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and younger children are seen through a dedicated play therapy approach suited to their developmental stage and communication style.
Accepts a Wide Range of Insurance Plans
Sessions draw on eye movement therapy (EMDR), play therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, among others, depending on what each client needs at the time. The office accepts a broad range of insurance, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare, and Tricare, alongside self-pay options for those without coverage.
