About Ellie Mental Health - Estero
The Estero Ellie Mental Health office on Lyden Drive offers individual, couples, and family therapy in person and by telehealth, with hours running into evenings and Saturdays most weeks. A 12-person team, including a physician assistant for medication management, treats anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD using a wide range of approaches.
Matches Each Client to the Right Therapist
New clients complete a brief intake so the front desk can pair them with a therapist whose specialties and style fit their situation, rather than the first open slot they happen to have available. Younger children are seen through a dedicated play therapy approach, while couples and families use the same matching process as individual clients.
Accepts a Broad Range of Insurance Plans
Sessions draw on eye movement therapy (EMDR), play therapy, and grief-focused approaches, among others, depending on what each client needs at any given time. The office accepts a broad range of insurance, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Optum, and Tricare, alongside self-pay options for those without coverage.
