Founded in 2021, Bell Tower Counseling is a nonprofit outpatient counseling center that provides evidence-based counseling with optional biblical perspectives for clients who want faith included in therapy. The center serves children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups in Ballard, Seattle, and across Washington through in-person and telehealth counseling. The team provides short- and long-term individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as group counseling for concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, addiction, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), relationship concerns, and family difficulties.

Evidence-Based and Faith-Based Care

Bell Tower Counseling combines evidence-based counseling with biblical perspectives when clients choose a faith-based approach. Couples receive support for communication, conflict, intimacy, trust, sexuality, and attachment, while children and teens receive support for mental health, emotional, and home-life concerns. In addition to counseling services, the center offers dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) groups, and educational classes on topics such as ADHD, anxiety, and relationships. They also provide telehealth and need-based scholarships but do not bill insurance.
