About Rockland Recovery
Rockland Recovery treats men and women with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. They provide both co-ed and gender-specific recovery programs. Their programs include day treatment, day and evening intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and sober living in multiple gender-specific sober living homes. They also have a dedicated home for clients in day treatment.
Rockland Recovery uses the 12 Steps, evidence-based therapies, and holistic care to provide comprehensive treatment. They also offer a family program, which meets every other week and welcomes family and friends of those in treatment. Rockland Recovery’s therapists provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in conjunction with the 12 Steps, holistic services, and alternative therapies.
Rockland Recovery’s day treatment program lasts up to 6 hours each day, for around 6 days a week. Their IOP programs last 3 hours, 3-4 days a week. Rockland Recovery’s day treatment program (partial hospitalization) provides intensive treatment in a comfortable facility. Men and women meet in co-ed recovery groups or gender-specific programs for up to 6 hours daily. Clients engage in individual and group therapy, holistic therapies, and 12-Step meetings.
Rockland Recovery provides 2 time slots for IOP: day and evening. In IOP, clients attend treatment for 3 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. Weekly 1:1 therapy sessions and group therapy help clients address co-occurring disorders and sobriety challenges. Rockland Recovery also connects clients with 12-Step meetings, sponsors, and resources for work and school in their IOPs.
