About Riverdale Grange Clinic
This treatment center provides short-term but effective care for adolescents and adults with eating disorders. When the clients first arrive, they meet with the nursing team, occupational therapist and members of the therapy to discuss goals for admission and develop plans that work towards those goals. Adolescents and adults have separate programs, as healing often happens best in groups of others that are similar in age. The team uses a solution-focused approach by utilizing evidence-based therapies like body image therapy, family therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Every 4 weeks, each client, their family and the team reviews their treatment plan, progress and goals.
