Located 5 miles north of downtown San Antonio, Respark Therapy offers trauma-informed in person and virtual sex therapy for couples, people in polyamorous relationships, and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Respark also offers therapy for sex addiction, pornography addiction, eating disorders, postpartum mental health, and erectile dysfunction. Respark Therapy takes a nonjudgmental, sex positive, and affirming approach, aiming to destigmatize conversations about sex. They incorporate a wide range of psychotherapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, eye movement desensitization and reconditioning (EMDR), body image therapy, and somatic experience therapy.
Couples therapy covers infidelity, intimacy, sexual discomfort, past sexual trauma, differing sexual desires, kinks, and more. Therapy is open to all couples, as well as consensual non-monogamous relationships.
