About Banbury Lodge
Located in a quaint town in Oxfordshire, Banbury Lodge helps adults and adolescents aged 16–18 break free from addiction and eating disorders. Their residential programmes address both physical and emotional aspects of recovery, ensuring clients leave equipped to navigate their lives with newfound strength and resilience.
Overcome Challenges with Comprehensive Care
Banbury Lodge’s comprehensive approach nurtures mind, body, and spirit, ensuring clients have all they need for long-term recovery. They offer individual and group counselling, evidence-based therapies to shift thoughts and behaviours, and holistic practices such as mindfulness, yoga, and art therapy. Detox, when necessary, is completed under medical guidance.
Feel at Home in a Recovery-Focused Environment
Located in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside, Banbury Lodge is within easy access by rail or road. Separated from the hustle of urban life, clients can relax while focusing on recovery in quiet and tranquil surroundings. Banbury Lodge has 22 private en-suite bedrooms and two shared bedrooms, each decorated to ensure optimum comfort. Clients enjoy nutritious chef-prepared meals with dietary accommodations made whenever possible, and have access to an in-house gymnasium.
Continue Healing with Free Online Aftercare
At Banbury Lodge, clients receive 12 months of free aftercare. This gives them a chance to keep an open line of communication with other past residents, supported by a trained counsellor in an open, supportive environment. Held on a weekly basis, sessions typically run for about 1.5 hours and are carried out over Zoom. Clients can share achievements made and obstacles faced, and learn from each other’s experiences.
