Eden House is an 18-bed residential service in Mill Hill, North London, offering affordable, therapy-led addiction treatment in a calm, homely setting. Home to the Flourish program, it provides bespoke support for a range of addictions within a structured, community-based environment. Through tailored therapy and consistent guidance, residents build insight, coping strategies, and practical recovery skills. Qualified therapists deliver care in a non-medical setting for individuals who do not require detox or clinical supervision but benefit from focused therapy, peer support, and accountability, fostering resilience and sustainable recovery.

Comprehensive Recovery in a Supportive Setting

Recovery follows a structured community programme that builds practical skills, confidence, and resilience. The Flourish programme delivers whole-person care, addressing alcohol, drugs, gambling, gaming, social media, shopping, sex and love addiction, pornography, exercise, and work addiction. Therapists provide psychoeducation, group therapy, trauma-informed care, creative and relationship-focused work, and CBT. Residents practise relapse prevention through exposure therapy and immersive virtual reality scenarios. Families participate in dedicated programmes and support groups. With 14-, 28-, or 42-day stays, it offers affordable, non-medical treatment with continuous support and individualized care planning.

Online Aftercare Support

They offer free online aftercare for individuals who complete at least a 14-day residential stay, providing 12 months of continued support. Participants join weekly Zoom meetings to share experiences, strengthen accountability, and reinforce recovery tools in a structured setting. Graduates may attend sessions as needed to sustain connection and motivation. They also receive access to the Recovery 360 digital platform to track progress and maintain structure. The programme starts with a three-month plan and allows extensions for flexible, long-term support.
