About Parkland Place
Parkland Place is nestled in beautiful countryside in Northern Wales. Parkland Place is a residential home that has a comprehensive treatment program for men and women struggling with alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring mental health issues. Clients are exposed to evidence-based therapies and group and individual therapies. Parkland Place is typically the second step in treatment after a client has been through detox. Treatments are solution focused, evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Clients focus on learning what their triggers are and how to prevent relapse. An average stay is 4 weeks.
This mansion is located on National Trust Farmland and can accommodate up to 16 clients. This property sits on a quiet and serene 3 acres of land. Parkland Place provides clients with their own bedroom and en-suite that overlook the rolling country hills. There are three styles of bedrooms, which are deluxe, superior and standard that offer different features such as complimentary toiletries, in-room tea and coffee, and extra seating areas. Every bedroom is fully furnished and comes with an LED TV. Inside the estate, there are large communal areas, and 2 of them double as group meeting spots. Meals at Parkland Place are created by 2 on-site chefs that prepare meals from fresh, organic, and locally sourced produce, and they are able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.
