Kenward Trust Lodge

Kenward Trust Lodge is a residential treatment programme for adults with drug or alcohol addiction, as well as those who are also homeless or at risk of homelessness. They provide a therapeutic community and 12-step approach in a structured inpatient setting, and also offer resettlement accommodation or transitional living for clients who have completed a residential stay.

Patients at Kenward Trust are provided with personalised treatment plans uniquely tailored to their individual needs. The facility is located on several acres of land, offering beautiful and scenic views, walking trails, gardens, outdoor lounges, and animals. There are private or shared rooms with en suite bathrooms, and chef-prepared meals provided.

Clients participate in art therapy, reiki, attend weekly fitness sessions, and a therapeutic gardening workshop as part of their treatment. Kenward Trust also offers animal therapy, which involves caring for alpacas that live on sight as a therapeutic activity. In addition to a therapeutic community, clients are able to participate in the 12-step support meetings and incorporate the 12-step principles of recovery into their treatment.
