In addition to their evidence-based program, they incorporate experiential therapies and neurofeedback with mindfulness practices, like meditation, and yoga. Avalon Malibu offers a variety of treatment plans including drug and alcohol detox, inpatient treatment with 50+ individual sessions per month, and aftercare addiction treatment. Every client receives an individualized care plan developed by licensed clinicians, therapists, and medical doctors dedicated to treating the whole person — not just the symptoms.

They have 2 different beautiful houses all on the coastline for the different types of programs: The Grand House for those struggling with psychiatric disorders and The Villa for substance abuse treatment. Avalon is accredited by both The Joint Commission and CARF, and also accepts most types of private insurance.
