Abbeycare Foundation Scotland is a residential detox centre for men and women that offers comprehensive alcohol and drug rehabilitation, as well treatment for co-occurring disorders. Program options include a medical detox (short or long) and continued residential care, which lasts 28 days on average. Clients can participate in a wide range of therapies including individual and group therapy, family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, massage therapy, and 12-Step facilitation. The program offers holistic activities such as exercise sessions, swimming, sauna, yoga, and meditation and mindfulness.
