About The Stafford Centre
The primary goal of this outpatient program is to support clients in managing their mental health, creating self-confidence, and helping them integrate into their community. Acting as a welcoming drop-in facility, the centre offers a relaxing and safe environment where individuals can begin establishing support.
The centre offers various groups and activities that are beneficial to clients’ mental health and wellbeing such as tai chi, art, music, walking and crafts. Their clinicians offer drop-in information and advice as well as in-person and phone support sessions. They are open Monday through Friday 10am-4pm for drop-ins.
