Clients attend several days weekly before moving to extended care. Recognising recovery is rarely linear, TRC allows returning to higher care levels when needed.

Therapy options include psychotherapy, family therapy, eye movement therapy (EMDR), nutritional therapy, mentoring, meditation, mindfulness, and group therapy, tailored to each client’s needs. Family therapy is a core focus for TRC, aiming to improve understanding between clients and relatives, teach helpful responses, explain symptoms, and build crisis-management skills.
