About Our Dwelling Place
This women’s only sober living home in downtown Eau Claire is more than a house for women in recovery. It is a place for the women to learn to love themselves and rediscover joy, nurture relationships and contribute to their community. The intent of the program is to help women successfully navigate the transition back into the working world and engage with family and social situations again.
In order to stay at Our Dwelling Place, clients must be at least 30 days sober. They are also required to work a 12-step program 3 times per week and be in contact with a sponsor. Additionally, they must be actively involved in some form of outside treatment with a counselor, complete house chores and attend weekly house meetings. Each client must pay an initial $300 to join and then a monthly fee of $600.
The home in Eau Claire is fully furnished, includes utilities including Netflix and Hulu, has a washer/dryer, has a beautiful backyard with garden and has on and off street parking.
