“No one heals alone. Recovery happens in connection with others who understand the journey and believe change is possible.” – Chris Herren
Build Connection And Lasting Recovery
Founder Chris Herren, a former professional basketball player, author, speaker, and wellness advocate, shaped Herren Wellness through his own experience with addiction and recovery. That perspective informs the program’s emphasis on honest self-examination, lasting change, and the role of connection and community in recovery. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Herren Wellness helps guests examine the underlying patterns behind substance use and creates sustainable wellness plans based on each guest’s needs and strengths. Herren Wellness supports individuals and families through every stage of healing and long-term recovery.
