About Birdsong Sober Living
Nestled in the coastal town of Solana Beach, California, Birdsong Sober Living is a women only sober living program empowering women on their recovery journey. Their modern and comfortable homelike environment provides a safe and supportive atmosphere that nurtures growth and resilience. The home can accommodate 12 women at a time for stays of 1-24 months. There are both private and shared rooms available with a TV in each, internet access, a recreation room, onsite laundry, and an outdoor lounge space.
Birdsong Sober Living has several structures in place to help women on their journey to sobriety. They host a weekly goal setting session, house meeting and dinner, and onsite AA meetings. Additionally, residents are required to attend 5 12-Step meetings per week and submit to random drug testing. Each woman completes chores on a regular, assigned basis and must follow the nighty curfew. Other support structures in place include discounted counseling rates, weekly group counseling sessions, breathwork sessions, and resources for education and job applications.
