The outpatient and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) offer up to 9 hours or more of weekly counseling, including group, individual therapy, and drug screening. Clients build relapse prevention plans while working toward sobriety, personal goals, and community roles.
Using the evidence-based Living in Balance curriculum, the center combines cognitive, behavioral, and experiential therapies.
